So when it will be out?.

I've checked all my usual DVD sites, and it isnt listed on any of them. Have Disney taken any domain names for the DVD release yet ? I guess we could judge when it will come out by how far apart A Twist In Time and Dreams Come True Special Edition were.

Atlantica,there's a trailer for it in the Ariel's Beginning DVD.
I think it will be out in December.

Oh,sorry,I thought you didn't knew about the trailer and was checking if there will be a re-release.

I really want to see the cover art. I wonder if it'll be completely new, the same or just slightly rearranged.

The logo, based on the preview still I saw on here, looked the same, with the addition of "Special Edition" underneath it. However, I hope the cover's different. Most re-releases have new covers, and I think of TLM2, it could be so much better.

My best guess is Melody with her locket in a similar position as Ariel is on the TLM:AB cover. Add Morgana, Ariel, Triton and some other minor characters and volia! SE cover!

Although I'd like to see Ariel and Melody close together on the cover too . . . *crosses fingers*

I actually think that the cover will be something like:
A new logo shaped like a clam (Like the other logos).
Ariel and Melody on the logo in Aurora and Jasmine in the Enchanted Tales cover.
Sebastian,Triton,Morgana,Eric,Max,Tip,Dash and more characters under them.
And I guess it will be near Eric's kingdom outside the water (So Eric can breath).

Hmm . . . That does sound nice to see, Ariel'sprince. Maybe it'll be like how TLM's Platinum cover was, with both the view under and above the sea, since Melody is "a child born of sea and shore" . . . LOL, song lyric.

But yeah, it would be nice to see Eric on a DVD cover for once. He was only on the VHS cover for Mermaid, so he needs to make a comeback, darn it.

Also, the clam-shaped logo . . . that makes sense. Maybe a shot of the castle would be nice too for the above the sea shot, with a shot of Triton's palace in Atlantica for under the sea. But Tip and Dash . . . ick. I hope they aren't on the cover - I didn't like them in the movie at all (worst sidekicks ever. Even older Flounder was better than them, and that's just sad.)

*sigh* Lovely. (I'd draw that, seriously . . . I can do a pretty decent Melody and Ariel, but I've never tried Eric before . . . but I'd do it.)

The logo is new; its enclosed in a clam now, like the Platinum and AB logo. Check out the UK boxset, and you will see the new logo

Good idea,then Triton and the other characters from the sea will be underwater and Eric and Max on the surface,Eric should be there (And he's Melody's father).

Wouldnt it make more sense for them to rerelease it along with ABeginnings? That seems like the smartest choice since it will be at a high point.

I have my copy of TLM3 and the regular advertisement mini-booklet is included. Inside, a promo pic for The Little Mermaid II: Return To The Sea Special Edition is included with a release date of December 9, 2008.
