The front page of UD reports that season sets of Boy Meets World will be coming to DVD. I wasn't quite sure whether that means they will re-release seasons one to three.

Either way, I'm EXTREMELY excited!

Hmm. I hope that they have all the old bonus features and new ones. Also I hope that if they redo 8 Simple Rules: S1 they do what I had hoped for before. I'd like it to have all of season one, Ritter's three episodes of season two and the Goodbye show to make a Complete Ritter set.

While this is awesome news, its not official just yet guys. they have the rights and now that the deal has finally gone through they can release boy meets world sets whenever they want. but they haven't actually announced that they would yet.

I don't doubt they will, just sayin.

I have a feeling we'll still be waiting quite a while for them though.

Hang on, we're potentially? getting RE-releases of this show/these shows? That makes me a bit frustrated that we'd be getting re-releases of shows instead of getting the last volumes of shows we STILL need like Gargoyles, Darkwing Duck, Ducktales etc. or don't even have at all like Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Hercules etc. :x

Can I point out Disney is not releasing these titles. If you read the article carefully you will see that what has happened is that Lionsgate has licensed some titles from Disney for DVD release.

Plus screw 'Boy Meets World', the deal also includes 'Hope and Faith'!

Score
