I just saw this over at ToonZone. The CG bit worries me but who knows, it could be fun.

Is Marvin the Martian the Grinch now?
Well, the live action/CG aspect worries me, I do love the idea of a Marvin the Martian movie, he's always great.

I LOVE Marvin! Not entirely sure about this movie though. I'll have to wait to see some footage before I make up my mind.

"...which is being filmed with
live action and CGI.
According to Variety, the movie is aimed at a
family audience and will be based around
Marvin's attempts to destroy Christmas."
Cry... Definitely cry...

Warner Bros. usually doesn't do movies 'half-way', this may be pretty decent. Would want to see some footage before I decide. Might be cute, after all Marvin the Martian was in just a handful of cartoons, but they are all memorable.

This movie looks like a recipe for disaster.

Wow, I don't know why, but I literally had a psychic premonition about this.
Sort of a stupid thing to have a psychic premonition about. And I almost never have those.

Back in Action and Osmosis Jones were highly entertaining. Space Jam was a dumb concept, but it had Lola Bunny, who I adore!

None of them even get close to Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
And I'm not saying they have to make masterpieces but at least they could do something good; and all those movies are medicre at best.
PD
Funny thing how all those movies have been made recently and the effects don't even compare to Roger (1988)

Well, while I do consider two of them to have been good, I agree about Roger Rabbit. It IS my favorite film of all time, after all. If you want to see something really crappy that tries to be like Roger though, check out Cool World.
