I looked around on the net seeing what toons were originally planned to be included in the original Roger Rabbit movie, the third draft script for which can be found here, under the title, "Who Shot Roger Rabbit": http://www.scifiscripts.com/cartoon/roger-rabbit.htm.

According to the script, here are all the toons who intended to appear in the movie (though some characters may or may not have been deleted for any reason):

7. Crows (from "Dumbo", probably)
8. Avery-type Wolf

15. Jeckle
16. Chip
17. Dale
18. Foghorn Leghorn
19. Yakky Doodle
20. Yosemite Sam
21. Dopey
22. Bambi
23. Tweety
24. Tinker Bell

It's just a few scrolls down, lol!

However, not mentioned on the Deleted Characters section is Krazy Kat, an animated character from the silent era that transitioned to sound as well. And the filmmakers also wanted to include cartoon caricatures of Humphrey Bogart and Clark Gable, but that fell through.

I still can't believe they took those cartoons characters out like Felix the Cat or Rocky & Bullwinkle.

By the huge amount of characters they used, somebody had to be left out
