I found that the trailer got MUCH better after I found out the beginning part was a TV show that BOLT starred in. It's much more modern than I thought it would be. I think it's going to be a good movie.

What's unimaginative? maybe the villain in Bolt's show looks like the villain from Meet The Robinsons but still.

You misunderstood me Ariel'sprince. It's just that many people have been calling the film's character designs unimaginative ... whereas I have defended them. This is the first time we're seeing the Green-Eyed Man, but I've got to say he quickly caught my eye! Hence, I think the character designs are imaginative!

Guys, this sneak peek feels more like a full-fledged trailer rather than just a teaser. Could it in fact be one?

The only sequence I kind of disliked was the dialogue with the pigeons. Otherwise the film looks great, and seems to be taking the action-adventure route, a la The Incredibles.

Oh, and luckily Miley Cyrus sounds just fine as Penny. I was worried she'd sound too old!

Oh,I see your point :D yeah,I agree with you :D the character are imaginative :D.
It does looks like The Incredibles but better (And much more original then a every superhero rip-off,I liked The Incredibles but still, and the worse was the Fantastic Four rip-off).
The animation is really great and MUCH better then Chicken Little and The Wild (I even denial that The Wild is even a Disney movie, everything was lame about it and it's a Madagascar,Finding Nemo and Lion King rip-off).
The trailer is also on the home page of the official Disney website but Miley promotes, again, now I"m worried that the DVD will be very similar to what I worte here .

Bolt is released in the US on November 26 and in the UK on February 13.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGH!!!!! Malta normally gets the same release dates as the UK, so it means I have to see this in bloody February!? I've been waiting for this since Meet the Robinsons!! It'll be two years of wait ...

The dog is cute, but is there some kind of rule that all CG animated people MUST be ugly?

Loved it, absolutely loved it! I've been a devoted follower of this film since way back in 2005, and I am just overjoyed at seeing some proper clips for the first time. First impressions-

- John Travolta is much better than I dared hope, in fact if I didn't already know it was him I wouldn't have guessed he was voicing Bolt.

- The animation is leaps and bounds ahead of Chicken Little and Meet the Robinsons (although I really like this one). The character designs are especially good: Bolt is adorable!

- The gags are hilarious, obviously inspired by Pixar's humor rather than the average CGI glut 'humor' we've come to expect.

All in all, I'm still unswayed in my devotion to this film. Things can only get better from here. Welcome back Disney!

The guy who calls Penny seems ugly but still.
The characters in The Incredibles aren't ugly,I think Mirage looks great :D.
Also the Shrek characters looks great and Boo is cute.
I wonder about the Bear And The Bow.

Yeah,I hate the "humor" in some Dreamworks films and other CGI films.

No wonder Lasseter likes it so much.

Why can't they just make a Walt Disney movie? Is that so wrong?

More to the point... does anyone REALLY think all that screaming is funny? It makes me nervous. I had to turn Chicken Little off when it came on TV. So much screaming.

Am I missing something?

(BTW - - WALL.E, on the other hand, is brilliant, moving and wonderful. I do hope the future of animation returns to visual storytelling and pantomime. ...in space no one can hear you scream.).

I saw the "Bolt" trailer when I saw "WALL-E" today, and I'm glad that it's online, too. The only negative thought I had when watching the trailer is that Penny's mom doesn't look great, and Penny doesn't when she's sitting next to her mom. Penny looks fine in the other scenes they showed, and hopefully her mom will look fine in the context of the film.

I really like the designs of Bolt & Mittens. The hamster is cute, but I think his teeth bother me...? But he's a hamster, so it's okay.

I really am excited for "Bolt"! I'm not usually this critical of Disney trailers, so hopefully these negative thoughts will subside. The story seems great, and I hope that most of the film focuses on Bolt, Mittens, & the hamster, because their adventure will surely be funny!

God, is that Jonh Lasseter dressed as Tinker Bell, Julian Carter?
