5th Annual UD/DVDizzy Forum Awards - Nominations

Hi, and welcome to the 5th Annual UltimateDisney.com Forum & Member Awards!
Over the last four years, these awards have become something of a tradition here. We've had a lot of fun with them and I hope that can continue. The Annual UD Forum Awards are a chance for all the posters here to recognize each other's contributions to the always-fun, always-informative community that is the Ultimate Disney Forum.
The rules are simple and are the same as last year's. You may submit up to FIVE nominations in each of the categories that appear below. Nominations must be emailed to awallaceunc@gmail.com to be valid - no PMs accepted. Please make "5th Annual UD Forum Nominations" your subject line. You may not nominate yourself for anything, nor can you nominate a thread/review/idea that you authored. Of course, past winners may be nominated and win again. For those of you concerned, I won't be scrutinizing your nominations and your submissions will be kept completely secret.
Remember, the intention here is not to pit anyone against anyone else or hurt anyone's feelings. There are a LOT of people participating and only a few can be nominated and even fewer can win. You never know how many votes may have come in for you! Play nice and remember that it's all in good fun. So please, no hurt feelings.
Important: "Of The Year" is defined as 5/08/07 - 5/23/08. Only reviews/threads/topics/etc. posted in that time frame are eligible.
Everyone is encouraged to put a lot of thought into this and consider more than just the last month or two.
Please do not post anything about who/what you are nominating in this thread. We want to keep things mysterious.
After they have been sent and tabulated, the official nominations will be posted in Off-Topic for you to vote on. The number of final nominees selected for each category will vary, depending on the numbers received, though the goal is always 3-5 for each (not always possible).
This year, the ceremony will take place all in one night, rather than spread out over several weeks as has been done in the past. That should help alleviate some of the silliness that marred last year's ceremony.

Most Amusing Posts Of The Year (Submit member name/s)
Site/Message Board Event or Breaking News Of The Year
Most Intelligent Member

Friendliest/Kindest Member

New Category! Super Sophomore (Submit members who registered for the UD forum between 4/1/06 and 5/1/07)

**There will also be one honorary award given to a member in a special category. You may submit any ideas, suggestions, or nominations for this as well. (This category will be different than last year's, though the same person is still eligible)**
This might be a tad confusing, so let me know if you have any questions.
Send in your noms by this Friday, May 30th at 11:59pm (Eastern Time).
