For Phil of the Future fans.....

I was one of the many Phil of the Future fans who missed the final episode and had to read about Phil and Keeley's kiss. I thought I'd never get to have any sort of closure with their relationship (not that this brings much closure.....). Anyway, I thought I'd share this with other PotF fans, and maybe remenisce about it...lol

I somehow missed this when you first posted it! I love "Phil of the Future"! I wish that Phil didn't leave, but I'm glad that Keely & Phil got to say goodbye. It's cute when Keely asks Phil to wait for her in the future..."but you'll be really old"...lol. I wish there could've been a way for them to stay in contact. That's sad that he had to leave her there. Not like he could've taken her into the future, because I'm sure that her parents wouldn't allow it!
Thanks for posting that video, Aaron!

Yay! Another PotF fan
I thought I was the only one going to those "Save PotF" websites...lol.
I don't think we'll ever end up getting official DVDs from Disney on this show. Unfortunately, we never even got a volume 2! The original DVD release had a vol. 1 on the spine......and I am
STILL waiting for the stinkin' volume 2. I suppoes our only hope would be if someoen like BCI Eclipse or Shout! Factory were to distribute them......here's hoping:)
Hey, Life with Derek is getting a DVD release....

Yeah, but "Life with Derek" is only getting DVD season sets because it isn't a solely Disney show.
The way I see it, if kids and their parents are willing to pay $17 for a 4-episode DVD, they'd be willing to pay another $15-$20 for a season set. Look how much they spend on "Hannah Montana" and "High School Musical"! Surely families are interested in owning all of the episodes of these shows! I know I am! I haven't bought Vol. 1 of "Lizzie McGuire" yet just because I'm using my DVD money towards films, but once I own all the films, then I'll start collecting the TV shows on DVD.

I loved this show o much; I'm not even asking for a second season, but a DCOM to conclude the show would be nice.

I actually thought it was concluded very well. Which happens rarely for a DCTV show.

I felt like any time I mentioned liking PoTF around others, they all laughed and said how the show was stupid. I'm so glad there are actually others that liked it! I was heartbroken by the last episode, but it was a great ending; I just wish Phil and Keeley could have ended up together in the end. It was really upsetting to see it as a "I have to go back and you have to stay here" ending. But theoretically, since Phil's going to the future, future Keeley has the memories of them as teens, so Phil could technically go up to Keeley (when he returns to the future) and just be friends with her again. No, they wouldn't date, but they would still know each other. That would have been an even better ending, I think - showing Phil and Keeley reunited as acquaintances in the future.
Edit: Fun DC spin-off - Phil in the Future.

'Phil of the Future' star Raviv Ullman said he wishes he'd been more strategic in his Disney Channel days: 'I was 17. I don't think I knew how to be.'

Aw.

It's a shame, too, since he was such a cute guy with a sweet personality or so it seemed to me. Well... If it's any consolation to him, I'd say most Disney tween stars don't go on to do very much. I'm trying to think of the ones who went on to more off the top of my head: Zac Efron, Miley Cyrus, Zendaya, Shia LaBeouf, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato. I remember seeing one of the Sprouse brothers on some WB show in the past few years and Corbin Bleu on some celeb shows like something involving dancing that Loni Love was on at the same time. I think one of the girls from
Descendants is trying to make it in music now, sort of imitating Billie Eillish to me, but I don't know if she's actually having success at it or not? I guess Hilary Duff has some kind of makeup line, clothing, or something? It's something unrelated to acting or singing anyway. (I'm leaving out the Mickey Mouse Club people from way back, just referring to stars since Disney Channel turned into tween central.)
There's Lindsay Lohan, too, but she was in theatrical Disney live-action movies from the beginning, didn't really start as a Disney TV star or anything (I could have that wrong though). And then Nick Jonas and his brothers, who were always in music, but attached to Disney somehow to begin with? They didn't have a Disney TV show or anything, did they?

Cole was/is(?) on
Riverdale.

Corbin was on Dancing with the Stars years ago, he's in HSMTMTS &
Cars on the Road on D+, he's continued acting in movies and TV movies, + he's been in a few Broadway shows.

Both Sophia Carson + Dove Cameron have been putting out music.

All I can think of is Stuff By Hilary Duff from two decades ago! I just looked on Wikipedia, and she's done a few fashion things the past few years.

The Parent Trap was first, she did
Life Size on The Wonderful World of Disney,
Get a Clue on Disney Channel, then
Freaky Friday.

I take offense to "Nick Jonas and his brothers," lol. Their first album was with Columbia Records, but they got dropped and signed with Disney's Hollywood Records. And yes, they were in the iconic"JONAS"/"Jonas LA" TV show on Disney Channel plus the
Camp Rock movies.

Oh, my mind totally wiped that Jonas TV show from memory, I guess. I knew they were a part of the Camp Rock soundtrack though. For some reason, I thought the Lindsay Lohan Parent Trap was a theatrical release. The LL version of Freaky Friday was theatrical though, right?

Parent Trap was theatrical, just like Freaky Friday. So she did theatrical, tv, tv, and theatrical!
