They have a lot of stuff out of stock and it's taking an age for them to restock. I ordered The Count of Monte Cristo about two weeks ago. It was out of stock. Today, it's still out of stock. Same goes for So Dear to My Heart and Monsters Inc. (Region 1). I'm getting annoyed. That's it.
I just wanted to get that out of my system.

Sendit.com is like that at the moment, too. I like shopping with Sendit because their postage is very cheap; but lately I've been going to Amazon UK (where the postage is a bit more, but at least they have most items in stock).
I've had the "Lassie" Triple Feature set on backorder with DeepDiscount.com since the end of April, so I know how frustrating it can be.

I've never used Play, but I do like this site,
CD Wow -- but also haven't actually used it... They seem to have everything I've ever searched for and their website says Free Shipping.

For R1 DVDs use movietyme.com!
CDWOW are good too, and cheap.
