I became a VIP member in Febrary 2008 and I was offered a free pin with an order. I made an order and selected a pin. I picked the Mickey Mouse Disney Movie Club pin, because I like Mickey Mouse.

I got the pin and it came with a certificate of authenticity and it came in a box that could hold two more pins. A matching Donald Duck pin and a matching Minnie Mouse pin. Those spots were blank of course, next to the Mickey Mouse pin I had ordered.

After some research, I see that the pin I ordered was the first pin made for the club (back in 2003), and that the other two (Donald and Minnie) were pins number 2 and 3.

What I was wondering is if anyone knows if I will ever be able to order the Donald and Minnie pins through the DMC? I have never seen them on the DMC web site, but when I talked to a cast member, they said that once or twice a year they offer VIP members to buy old pins they may have missed. The fact that they still sell the Mickey Mouse DMC pin makes me wonder if they still have the Donald and Minnie pin left over too.

I would love to buy the next two pins to complete the box set. I know I can visit any number of pin trading sites or e-bay, but if I can order it through the DMC I would prefer it. So, just to be clear, I am not looking for anyone to sell or trade any pins they have already got. I was just wondering if anyone can verify what the cast member told me.

Yes, VIP members can buy pins through the club every so often. They are usually 3.95-4.95 I think. There are quite a few of them, maybe a little less than 20? And a couple of them are already completely sold out, but I'm not sure which ones. Good luck!

VIP members also recieve a free pin everytime they purchase a regular priced dvd online. there are only 6 available online now.

There are actually 8, there is a Tinkerbell one and a 101 Dalmations one that you can get for free if you order over the phone, I was actually able to get both free with one order because I confused the cast member, so now I have all 8 free ones and wish they would add more because now i will start having to get doubles with my feature selection every month.
