Does anyone know where I can find the soundtrack to the Wonderful World of Disney version that aired around 2003 with Zooey Deschanel? I can't find it anywhere online. Is there a place where you can download them (like with all the Joel McNeely stuff)?

Any help in ripping the songs, or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any help.

I'm specifically looking for the songs "Normandy", "Shy", and "In a Little While".....thanks again.

There isn't an official one, as you probably know. Your best bet would be to use an audio ripper. My ripper of choice is Audio Hijack, which can be found at rogueamoeba.com.

The one soundtrack you can get is the original Carol Burnett version and it was released on the Kapp label back in the late 50's.

This LP is much better than the 2003 version aired on the "Wonderful World of Disney".

Actually, that's a cast recording... soundtracks are for movies, live theatre has cast recordings. If it were a soundtrack, it wouldn't be live. Also, there are three cast recordings for "Once Upon a Mattress", the original Broadway with Carol Burnett, the original London cast, and the revival Broadway cast with Sarah Jessica Parker.

I guess you're right! It is the original cast recording long before the soundtrack album was released. The songs from the cast recording are much the same as the soundtrack version.

Totally agree with you that that album is the way to go, though... I guess if you're really enamored with the made-for-TV movie version, make some audio rips, but nothing can beat the OBCR.
