I saw a lot of movies when I was between the ages of 2 and 5 (1990-1993) that I don't recall so it's very likely that I saw a few DAC's on a re-release and just don't remember seeing them.

Here's what I know I saw.

DACs
101 Dalmatians
The Rescuers Down Under
Pinocchio
Beauty and the Beast
Aladdin
The Lion King
The Fox and the Hound
The Emperor's New Groove
Lilo & Stitch

Pixar
Toy Story 2
Monsters Inc
Finding Nemo
Cars
Ratatouille

I have no idea about live action movies other than I saw all 3 Pirates movies in theaters.

Animated Classics:
The Lion King
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Mulan
Tarzan
Chicken Little
Meet the Robinsons

Live-Action:
The Santa Clause
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
Enchanted
National Treasure: Book of Secrets

Other:
A Goofy Movie
Cars
Ratatouille

Most of these obviously are from within the past few years because it wasn't until recently that I was able to go to the theater a lot (thanks to friends, a driver's license, and a car). As a kid, I only ever got to see whatever my family was willing to see. Since most of my family is not into Disney films, that meant I usually had to wait until the movies were released on VHS.

Don't worry BelleGirl, we can revel in our ancientness together

I've not seen that many animated features at the cinema (usually video rentals in the 1980s or DVD this decade), but I know I saw these on their first release:

The Rescuers
Fox and the Hound
Black Cauldron
The Rescuers Down Under
Aladdin
Lion King
Mulan
Toy Story

Actually with my brother's girlfriend buying me Brother Bear for Xmas, Home on the Range being on TV over Xmas and her lending me Treasure Planet, I'm down to just one animated classic (of the 44) left to see: The Little Mermaid. Boy is that gonna be fun to explain...! :P

I had to look through all of the lists on this site to figure out which Disney movies I remember seeing in theaters. I realized I've spent a lot of money on Disney movies over the years... especially considering I saw some of them multiple times in theaters. The Lion King and Monsters, Inc. are still tied for my record of "most times seeing a movie theatrically" at five each. Anyway, here they are:

Animated
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Pinocchio
Fantasia
Bambi
Cinderella
Alice in Wonderland
Peter Pan (at a drive-in)
Sleeping Beauty
101 Dalmatians
The Jungle Book
Robin Hood
The Rescuers
The Fox & the Hound (x2)
The Black Cauldron
The Great Mouse Detective
Oliver & Company (x2)
The Little Mermaid (x3)
The Rescuers Down Under
Beauty & the Beast (x2)
Aladdin (x3)
The Lion King (x5)
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Hercules (x2)
Mulan (x2)
Tarzan (x3)
Fantasia 2000 (x2)
The Emperor's New Groove (x3)
Dinosaur
Atlantis
Lilo & Stitch (x2)
Treasure Planet
Brother Bear (x2)
Home on the Range
Chicken Little
Meet the Robinsons
A Bug's Life (x3)
Toy Story 2 (x3)
Monsters, Inc. (x5)
Finding Nemo (x3)
The Incredibles (x4)
Cars (x2)
Ratatouille (x3)

Wow... so, I've seen pretty much all of Disney's and Pixar's aniamted films in theaters. The only exceptions I can think of are the films that weren't re-released when I was a kid, and then Toy Story and Pocahontas, which were released while I was living in Germany and I wanted to wait to see them in English.

Live Action:
Song of the South
Old Yeller
Swiss Family Robinson
Mary Poppins
Blackbeard's Ghost
The Love Bug
Herbie Rides Again
The Apple Dumpling Gang
The Shaggy D.A.
Pete's Dragon
Hot Lead and Cold Feet
Herbie Goes Bananas
Popeye
The Devil and Max Devlin
Return to Oz
The Journey of Natty Gann
One Magic Christmas
Flight of the Navigator
Benji the Hunted
Return to Snowy River
Honey, I Shrunk the Kids
Honey, I Blew Up the Kid
Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
The Muppet Christmas Carol
Cool Runnings
Iron Will
The Santa Clause
The Santa Clause 2
101 Dalmatians (Live-action)
Flubber
Remember the Titans
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

O dear! I forgot to mention I saw 'The Black Cauldron" in it's original release.
Not my favourite though.
One DAC I haven't seen so far is "Oliver & Co". Maybe I should, but I'm not really attracted to it. I never saw much in a movie with dogs and cats 'derived' from the classic novel Oliver Twist; I have a suspicion that the story is much watered down too.

OT: Oliver & Co. is a fantastic film, especially if you like the 1980s, Billy Joel, and New York City. It's the first Disney animated feature film that was set in the present day.

I've seen all the DACs and Pixar films from about 1988 to the present day in theaters. Of the live action films, I saw what I wanted to, and it's not worth my time to make the list or your time to read it.

Original Release:

The Little Mermaid
Beauty and the Beast
Aladdin
Pocahontas
(no, I didn't omit The Lion King. Sadly, my sister felt too old to be watching Disney flicks, so I just didn't go)
Toy Story
The Hunchback Of Notre Dame
Tarzan - twice
Brother Bear

Re-releases:

The Jungle Book
Alice In Wonderland
Sleeping Beauty

Tarzan
Enchanted
Pirates of the Caribbean 2
Pirates of the Caribbean 3
Chicken Little
Toy Story 2
Finding Nemo
Meet the Robinsons
The Haunted Manison

Growing up I usually waited for the DVD/VHS. If there really is another Golden Age coming on, I plan to see them all in theaters. I'd love to see some rereleases of older Disney movies though. I've always wanted to see Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in the theaters.

When I grew up there were no VHS-tapes or recorders yet. (They came around the time I went to high school). So as a kid I saw ALL old Disney movies as re-releases in theatre. There was, after all, no other way to get to watch them. (for some mysterious reason they were never broadcasted on TV)
But now almost every home has a VHS/DVD player and almost all the classics are available on these media, so I'm afraid they won't bother anymore to re-release movies like 'Snow white" on the big screen.
At least I cannot recall any re-release of a classic animated feature after the nineties.

In the theater I THINK I saw

Great Mouse Detective
Oliver & Company
The Lion King

I KNOW I saw:

Beauty and the Beast
Pocahontas
Atlantis: Lost Empire
Toy Story
Toy Story 2
Incredibles
Cars
A Bug's Life
Honey I blew up the Kid
Santa Clause 3
Pirates 1, 2 and 3
Monsters Inc
* The Little Mermaid

Re-Release

Song of the South

* I am sure I saw this in the theater, but I am not 100% positive.

There are probably others, but I don't have time to wrack my brain.
