International DVD - Disney only?

I was wondering if the International DVD forum is Disney only or like General DVD but for regions other than R1?
It's not nearly active enough for discussion of non-R1, non-Disney DVDs to be a problem. So, it's fine to think of it as a General non-R1 DVD forum.
