The 3 Wise Men is a 2003 animated movie from Spain, directed by Antonio Navarro and produced by Animagic Studio. It was released in the U.S. on DVD by Buena Vista Home Entertainment and Arenas Group in 2005. A soundtrack was released to coincide with the film's premiere in the U.S. The film follows the quest of Melchior, Gaspar and Balthazar to retrieve the Royal Gifts designated for the King of Kings before tyrannical ruler Herod takes them for himself.

I've read the reviews on ultimatedisney and amazon.com and it doesn't seem to be something worthwile to spend your money on.

Herod looks a bit like the giant Willy by the way!
