TITLE:
Flea Gone, Be Gone!

CHARACTER:
Pluto, Flea

PLOT:
A flea comes to Mickey's house and we see Pluto asleep when suddenly, a flea was inside Pluto's dog fur or skin. A flea was snarling or growling that Pluto needs to stop the flea from disturbing Pluto's time.

Synopsis:
Mickey buys a new DVD (Disney, of course), but hates that it features a pesky slipcover which does not open like a book, does not have a holographic or lenticular design, and is not 3-D embossed. All it does is repeat the cover of the case and has a huge ugly hole where the UPC barcode will show up. He decides to throw it away but the slipcover escapes from the trash can and keeps trying to cover the DVD case, thus making it harder for Mickey to get to his film! He tries everything to remove the slipcover, such as burning it, cutting it up, and sending it to Alan, but it continually returns. Giving up, Mickey Mouse decides to keep the slipcover intact, and puts it over the DVD case after he's removed the disc and placed it in a DVD binder.

Ten years later, Mickey makes a fortune selling his old slipcovers to slipcover fanatics for $600 a pop. He uses the money to buy a slipcover factory and promptly sets it on fire. And since no one would ever believe Mickey Mouse would commit arson, his insurance company gives him $500 million for the "accident".

Here's one, actually based on an abandoned idea for a short:

TITLE: Troubleshooter Donald

CHARACTERS: Donald Duck, Woodpecker

RUNNING TIME: About 7:00?

PLOT: Donald is working for a telephone company, hooking up phone wires to telephone poles. On one day, however, as fate would have it, he chooses to hook up phone wires to a pole that just happens to be the home of a woodpecker. Naturally, the woodpecker is not going to take the situation lying down and declares war on Donald.
