High School Musical 2 DVD problem

Hello everyone... I was wondering if any of you is having the same problem with the High School Musical 2 dvd as me. I use my laptop to see movies since im in college and don't have a tv and a dvd player in my dorm, I bought the HSM2 dvd and I was gonna watch it on my laptop but it does not run. It just opens the dvd files (the audio and video folders) and it appears as it is empty. I also tried my friend HSM2 dvd and it had the same problem. On my friends desktop both dvds give out an error. They play fine on a dvd player but not on my laptop or any computer. Does anyone is having the same problem?
