The first cover is from the "Black Diamond" or "Classics" video collection in the U.S. - it has that emblem on the spine.
The second cover is from outside the U.S., and I believe is from Europe.
The third cover is from the "Masterpiece" video collection in the U.S. and is simply a re-release of Cinderella with a new cover.
As for DVD covers, often times they'll have different covers for one movie if its being re-released, or is part of two different collections. For example, Alice in Wonderland was first released on DVD as part of the "Gold Classic Collection". This January it's being re-released as a 2-Disc "Masterpiece Edition" and therefore has a different cover.

Thank you that helped. It also sparked a few more questions. With one being older than the other, is there a price difference? So each movie has 3 covers, original, masterpiece and uk?
I was looking on ebay for Little Mermaid and noticed alot of people are selling a recalled cover. But, none of them mention why it was recalled.

The price will vary depending on the seller. If you find the older one mint, it'll definately be more pricey, but if its used, then I doubt it'll make much difference.
And there are probably different covers for each country around the world, not just 3.
