How do you upload a profile pic?

just wondering because i dont know how to do it
or is it a privelige for members that receive alternate titles e.g special edition, collector's edition?

Yes you must have 50 posts,as stated in the RULES.

Also, according to the rules, if an administrator or someone finds that a user is making nonsensable posts just so they could get an avatar, their account will be suspended. Am I right, or am I right? Well, that shouldn't be too much of a problem for me, 'cuz I'm a huge Disney fan, and I can find a lot of stuff on this board to talk about.
