So I can't seem to find it on any CD at the Magic Kingdom so does anyone on here know where to get the theme from the Dreams Come True Parade at MK or the Woody's Round Up theme from Frontierland?? Anyone have an MP3 or know a CD they are on?

I work the Disney Dreams Come True parade as PAC. It has yet to be released for sale, but you can download it at a number of websites, including mousebits.com.

If you want to spend some $ on it, you can track down the CD to Tokyo Disneyland's Dreams on Parade Moving On! since this is the music that Magic Kingdom took for their parade revamp. They are nearly identical, both in English of course.

The Tokyo version has different lyrics, but the background music is identical. This is actually a pretty common thing where the North American Disney parks will borrow music from past Tokyo Disneyland events, and they sometimes do the same with our music.

I saw both parades about a month apart, they didn't seem any different. I have them both on video, I'll check them out later.
When did Tokyo take music from the american parks?

The used an uptempo version of "Share A Dream Come True" for their ambassador ceremonies.

Can you cite any actual shows or parades?

I'll ask my roommate next time I see him as I have never been to Tokyo Disneyland, but he showed me the ambassador ceremony from this year and they used "Share a Dream Come True" as the main song. The characters and dancers were dancing to it.

When I visit Tokyo Disney I do notice they use some of the same background music like Beautiful Beullah, but I am curious what else was exported over there.
