Does any other country have this Brazilian collection?

Hey!
Here in Brazil, BV started launching that really odd DVD collection... There are nothing new about those DVDs, except for its cover art (and a tin cover), and a little riddiculous book telling the story of the movie. It's called "Coleção Conte um Conto" (Tell a Tale Collection)

So far they came with 6 DVDs: first wave with Cinderella, Peter Pan and Dumbo and second wave with Pixar classics Nemo, Monsters and Toy Story.
Here are some links for you to see them:

Is this a brazilian exclusivity? If it were it's really bizarre, we never get anything good
*Ok, this collection isn't something that we can call GOOD  *

Are they tin boxes? Some of them look like shoeboxes to me. And man, those are ugly, glad we won't have them here :).

Yeah, and those things are expensive
Really unnecessary, but surprising that Brazil gets something "exclusive"

Those seem like the Read-Along series that's available in Region 1.
