Welcome to 2007 Summer Movie Survivor. This has been a UD tradition for many years now. The object of the game is to vote off the films we haven't seen or liked the least until only one film stands as the winner. Here are the basic rules -

The only films featured are those released in wide release between the beginning of May and the end of August.

Voting will last for two days, or until I close the thread. If you would like to take over hosting, PM or email me and we can talk about it.

We will be voting off one movie with one movie leaving each round. Also remember to please keep your votes similar to other users' as much as possible. The more we can avoid ties, the better.

All votes must be in bold text. From now on, any votes not in bold will go uncounted unless there is a tie.

Wow, honestly? Waitress is one of the best films this year.

Out of the movies that are left, "Waitress" is the only one I haven't heard of before...so that's why I voted it off (based on the above rules).

I understand why people vote it off, and even if people haven't seen it, that's still sad. It's really a great film, you should rent it when it comes out.

Sorry, haven't seen it either.

I'm gonna end the round early since everyone pretty much unanimously voted for Waitress.
