Bit disappointed with the response to this thread, and the lack of interest in DLRP. I'd had a very difficult time in recent weeks, and I'd shared this very personal story on another website and had a very touching response. Whereas here, it's been met with complete disinterest.
I'm afraid I've become very disillusioned with Ultimate Disney in recent months.
I'm afraid to say that I don't think there's a place for me here anymore, and I'm not going to continue posting on this forum.
And despite what I said earlier, I do NOT wish people to use my personal photo's on their websites.
I'm going to e-mail Luke and request that he delete my account.

Great pcitures, (although I really hate Phillip's costume, especially his hat! But Aurora's in blue so ya!). Makes me want to go to DLR even more.

Lovely photos!!
I am truly sorry to hear about everything that has happened to you in the last few weeks. Especially your mom. It's just awful, but maybe there still is a chance. I know there is hardly that we can say to make you feel better or console you, but remember that you and your family are in my thoughts.
I do hope though your trip was still good.

darth_deetoo, I’m glad you had a magical experience on your vacation!
I am deeply sorry for your loss, and hardship. I know how hard it is to lose someone you love dearly. But I’m glad that you had a magical experience, and that you got to see Belle. I too am a big princess (and villain) fan. Whenever I go to the parks, I make it a priority to see my favorite character, Princess Aurora. I’m very happy that you got to see Belle. That’s what I love about Disney; they’re always there when you need them. Even though you know that’s just an actor or actress in a costume, it’s still real for you, it really touches your heart. I’m glad you had a magical time despite your loss. If you ever need any Belle related images, just let me know, I have allot of clipart, and other images featuring Belle.
I always enjoy reading other peoples trip reports. I’ve never been to Disneyland Paris. In fact, the only park I’ve been to is Disneyworld in Florida. My family and I visit Disneyworld at least twice a year. I love it; I consider it my park and often don’t compare it to the others. However, Disneyland Paris looks beautiful…especially with all the new additions for the 15th anniversary. The “Once upon a Dream Parade” looks breathtaking. I’ve seen a few pictures and low-quality videos of it online. It seems like the best parade out of any of the Disney parks across the globe. I, of course LOVED your pictures, especially the one of the Villains float. That one picture, of Eric and Ariel with the castle in the background, is stunning! That was some great photography on your part! I especially love seeing Belle wearing a shawl, for the cold weather, and Aurora wearing BLUE. I was wondering, if you don’t mind, if I could use some of your beautiful photos on my site. I would credit your talents, of course. My site features exclusive downloads, videos, and more featuring your favorite Disney characters, and exclusive video from Disneyworld. Some of your pictures would be amazing to use on my sites homepage. It’s quite all right if you decline, I would completely understand. Here is a link to my site:

Well, I enjoyed reading your trip report, and I’m glad you had a fun time and a magical experience. I wish you the best of luck, and hope you find some comfort after your loss.
Best Wishes,
- Mike
