Your favorite Homestar Halloween costume? Round One

One of the sections of the Homestar Runner is the Halloween toons, in which the characters on the website dress up as different people and characters, especially pop culture icons. This is a series of threads based on the Halloween costumes worn by the characters over the years.
In 2001, the Halloween costumes from that year were given an opportunity for people to vote for what their favorite costume is. The Brothers Chaps had soon neglected the votes in favor of the Strong Bad Emails and didn't rediscover them until much later, when they created a short toon determining the winner of best H'ween costume of 2001. The winner was Strong Bad as Carmen Sandiego. It's found only on a short toon found as a bonus on a DVD (which can be found here: http://www.amazon.com/Homestarrunner-co ... 241&sr=8-5 and also here: http://homestarrunner.stores.yahoo.net/eveldv.html). Now, I've decided to do something like that for ALL of the Halloween toons over the years, staring with the first one: Homestarloween Party from the year 2000.
Now, with that thought in mind, what is your favorite Halloween costume in Homestarloween Party? Just pick your favorite in the list above. The one with the most votes, obviously, wins. My vote, BTW, goes to Strong Bad as Carmen Miranda. I just love his dialogue here and I just plain like Strong Bad. Just vote for your favorite and don't forget to explain why you chose the one you voted for.
And there will be threads of this type for all of the H*R Halloween toons over the years right up to the present. The eventual goal of these threads is to figure out what is THE best Homestar Runner Halloween costume of all time. First the threads will identify the individual best costume of each year, similar to the 2001 H'ween costume votes. Then I will do a final poll thread, in which I determine what the best Halloween costume on the website of all time is! Anyway, happy voting!!
