Disneyland Resort Paris reclaimed by French gov't. by 2017?

I just got wind of the fact that under the contract with the French government, a third park in the Paris resort must open by 2017, otherwise they will reclaim the land they gave to Disney in 1992. What will Disney do here? The resort would have to turn a MAJOR profit by then and I doubt it will at this juncture. What's going to happen?

I suppose an EPCOT-a-like would be the most likely candidate. But what would they call it?
