Is that a good price?
I wanted to get it but mom said another time. If I go back and see it, I am still debating on whether I should get it.

Is it set to be released again?

Or should I go ahead and get it?

You should get it. It's a really good price and i don't see it being re-released any time soon. You should hurry too before someone else gets it and you'll be left regretting not grasping the opportunity the moment you saw it. Believe me, I'm talking from personal experience here.

Yes you should buy it!

I had a hard time finding my copy. I finally found it in a store at 30.00$ (canadian). I bought it because I wanted it and I'm really happy I did even at a high price because I've never seen it again in store! I would have regreted if I had not picked it up.

One of the worst cheapquels. You should ask them to pay you $9.99 to take it off their hands. You would do better to watch the original(a darn fine movie) twice.

Actually, i consider Pocahontas II to be one of the BEST sequels disney has ever made. Of course it cannot be compared with the original on any level but considering the other sequels, Pocahontas II is quite descent both in terms of story as well as animation.

This is sequle is so bad that i won't get it even if they'll give it to me free.
Pocahontas laght like a psycho and throw a snow ball at Nakoma? (i think she should push Nakoma over a cliff,but...) Grandmother Willow is forcing her to "Shut up and listen to your heart"? and the worse-Pocahontas is with Jhon Rolf insted of Jhon Smith!?!?!?!??!? the worse part, they loved each other,Jhon Smith learnd a lot from Pocahontas, they had a magicall love and now she kicking him out for Rolf? Disney,How could you!?!?!? i denail everyone of those teribble sequles (only Mulan II,Cinderella II and The Lion King 1.5 are good and Cinderella III is wonderfull),the most are Pocahontas II,The Lion King II,Aladdin and the King Of Thives and The Little Mermaid II,Return to NeverLand is also bad althought only TinkerBell is the reason to watch it.

I agreed, don't waste your money on that teribble sequle,it's worth spending it on the first Pocahontas or even cute sequles like Mulan II and Cinderella II or things like Enchanted Tales but not on that horrible sequle.

Jenny asked for opinions. I am not sure why you are objecting to ones that differ from yours.

I'm not. I'm just saying to be careful not to let things get out of hand. That's all...

If you buy it and watch it expecting it to be the worst sequel disney has ever made then you'll be plesantly surprised, but if you expect it to be one of the worst you'll be let down. That's my opinion anyway.

I'd say but it, because you wont find it any cheaper (if you ever see it again) anywhere else. Also, I don't think it's so bad.

I liked Pocahontas II because except for a few obvious Disneyfied parts, Pocahontas ending up with John Rolfe was true to history. That's who she married in real life.

I know I'd jump at that price, because I only own the movie on video tape. Was it a DVD?

I'd say get it. True, the sequel was quite unnecessary, deplorable and all. Even so, after ruining the bittersweet plot of the first film. But chances are, this won't be rereleased in a better edition. And with a reasonable price, it's probably the last thing to see in a DVD store these days.

If it was a VHS then don't get it, you could get it for cheaper in a Pawn Shop I'm sure (the one here has a large selection most of the time for 5$)

However, if it's DVD then go for it, I consider anything under 15$ a good price for a dvd, I"m stingy when it comes to money

I like Pocahontas 2 from what I remember of it, I like the song "Where Do I Go From Here" and the way it looked was really neat.

Ariels Prince, why so shocked about Pocahontas throwing snowballs? She is allowed to have fun you know  I don't think it's the best sequel for Disney, but it's also not the worst either.

It's that she throwed a snow ball,we allready know she likes to do stuff like this,it's how she laght when she threw it.
and she's getting angry when she can't listen to the spirits and Grandmother Willow says something she whould never say.
and worse part worse part is John Smith-he promised her that they'll allways be togather no matter what and he learned about Pocahontas's world and his life were changed,in Pocahontas II it's like he drinked a beer and forgot all of what Pocahontas said.
and the end-why is she with Jhon Rolf? they thought it's more like the real story,in the real story she didn't sailed with Jhon Rolf to Verginia and in the end of Pocahontas II she did,and why be more like the original story? in the original stories Mulan cuted off her chest and in the end they lefted her to die in the snow after she saved china,Mulan wasn't killed even if it's to the original story, and in the original story of The Little Mermaid the mermaid died and Ariel didn't die so they can't be true to the original story.
The review of the sequle in the website The Waterfalls is excatly what i think about the sequle:

If your going to blame anyone, blame the script writers and the people who wrote the dialogue. I don't know much about the real Pocahontas, but I am assuming that the original film didn't follow the true events? Because if it didn't well then the second movie couldn't be followed as accuratly without being confusing...did that last bit make sense? It's the best way I can explain it right now....so, like I said blame the people who made it bad. Of course, all the Disney sequels tend to have continuity errors as well so Pocahontas 2 isn't alone in that respect.

Yeah,i"m blaming them.
And the other sequles didn't tried to fix anything.

Yea it was a dvd.

Actually, stupid me, I waited a week and went back last night.
Apparently they realized they had a cheap price on it, went back and put 19.99 on it.

Sucks, but eh, that's life! :P

I'll still eventually get it though!
