DisneyToon Studios: Early Demise or New Start?

It has come to my attention that altough Toon studio's is now closed, there are still some projects in development, namely
The Little Mermaid 3
The Tinkerbell Movie
But as I recall they won't stop there, the only thing that will end is the continuation of Classical Disney Pictures
Disney Princesses Enchanted Tales: Kingdom of Kindness
(Who comes up with this crap?)
is already announced, and a stand alone Mickey movie is still going through, does anyone have an update?
Have to say that I am curious about the Little Mermaid 3, animation looks decent enough.

The Tinkerbell movie is finished or at least in post production and Little Mermaid 3 was cancelled as announced by Lasseter and Catmull. Tinkerbell movie is for theatrical release so Disney Toon Studio may not be involved.
But dont worry we have Teede on the case.

Then how is it that The little Mermaid 3 is still posed as to being released somewhere around february 2008 on this site?

As far as I know, <i>The Little Mermaid III</i> has not been cancelled and it would appear to be too far in the production for the studio to scrap what's already been done.

Well, what about the Tinkerbell movie then? Has there actually been an announcement that I missed over the summer saying that it'll be theatrically released?

Seems logical to me!
It is only fair to the people already involved, since so much has already been done and it is by far one of the better efforts of Toon Studio's
(at least the bit until now!)

The Little Mermaid III wasn't canceld,it might be realesed in March 2008.
The TinkerBell Movie is being rewirte becouse Lasseter thought it didn't fit TinkerBell or NeverLand unlike the Disney Fairies franchise.
and Disney Princess:Enchanted Tales is not a crap!.

Not necessarily all that relevant. I think the point here is that those people know how to sell. Period. Some of us would appreciate it more if they'd rather sell something good.
Admittedly, I'm just speaking on a general basis here since I don't know the particular titles in question.

I was merely referring to the title, not it's content.
