Matt Damon will make a guest appearance on the PBS children's animated show Arthur. Damon plays himself on the Sept. 3 episode and is encouraging kids around the country to send in their "Postcards From You" homemade videos, which mimic the style of Damon's Project Greenlight series. In the episode, Matt pays a visit to Arthur, Buster and their pals after they sent in stories about their experiences in Elwood City, which Matt thinks would make a great TV show. Real-life kids can find out more information about the project at pbskids.org/buster/pfy/index.html. Arthur is co-produced in Boston, Damon's hometown.

Laz, you evidently don't know your fellow left-wing bomb-throwers, because Matt Damon is about as far to the left as anyone can get. He should do well on the very liberal Arthur and Friends show.

You know you're clearly baiting me. I think you should stop. Call it a hunch.

Anyway, the reason everyone should run, fleeing for their lives, around Matt Damon is kind of obvious: Good Will Hunting. He might try to tell you an on-set story if you stand too close to him.

Turning this back to the show...

I watched Arthur throughout high school (yeah yeah...) and got to see Mr. Rogers guest star, so I'm excited to see Matt Damon in cartoon form as well. :D
