Heh, I feel thread making happy today!

Anyways, the folks at Disney certainly had a blast creating an alternate story for Cinderella in "A twist in time", so we should do the same!

Create an alternate story (a "what if" story) for a Disney classic. It can be animated, by Pixar, live action or even any movie from Touchstone. Just be creative and have fun with it! Be careful with spoilers, though!

Here are some of my ideas to kick things off.

Sleeping Beauty
What if....
Prince Philip dies at the hands of Maleficent and Aurora, along with the kingdom are cursed to sleep for 100 years, just like in the original story? What would the good fairies do? Will another prince come to the aid of the princess?

Beauty and the beast
What if...
The curse was never broken and Beast, along with the castle's servants, are to remained cursed forever? Will Belle's love be enough to sustain the pain? Will Beast still love even in his cursed form?

This is what I have so far. I may post some others later.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
What if the Prince and Snow White had kissed earlier in the film? The only antidote for the sleeping death is love's FIRST kiss...

Alice in Wonderland
What if Alice remained asleep for 30 more seconds? What would've happened to her in Wonderland?

The Great Mouse Detective
What if Basil was unable to figure out how to stop Ratagin for another month and the mice were fooled by the mechanical Queen Mousetoria and Ratigin got away with whatever he wanted to.

The Little Mermaid
What if....
Ariel was killed by Glut in the beginning? Would Eric have married another, and been uphappy? How would the king react to his daughters death? Would Ursula have striked on a mourning king?

What if...Mufasa did make Scar into a handsome throw rug. Mufasa wouldn't have died. Simba would have married/mated Nala as planned. And the Pridelands would never have suffered a drought.

What if...Koda didn't forgive Kenai for killing his mom and left him and his brother to kill eachother. Maybe he'd go live with Tug.

What if the the glass slipper didn't fit cinderella......Oh wait that already happen, never mind.

Pinocchio
What if Pinocchio actually made it to school? Or if he had the bravery (as the Blue Fairy said he should) to stand up to Stromboli or the Coachman? Or if he had the bravery to tell Lampwick that smoking and playing pool are absolutely no fun at all?

In fact, I think we watched a little educational video at my sixth grade school class on the movie that explained what Pinocchio should've done in these scenarios.

What if...
Peter Pan left Neverland. Would he grow up to look like Robin Williams?

What if Cinderella never went to the ball? could Prince Charming merry someone he dosn't love?.
Pocahontas:
What if Pocahontas was too late and her father allready killed Jhon Smith? will be a war? what Pocahontas will do?.
Mulan:
What if Shan Yo killed Mulan? will china be saved what will Shang do? what Mulan's family do?.
Aladdin:
What if Jafar killed Aladdin? could it be that Jasmine is the one who saved Agrabah? who'll Jasmine merry? will the Genie get out of the lamp? will Abu kill himself?.
Robin Hood:
what if Prince Jhon killed Robin Hood? could it be there was no hope for Englade?.
Hercules:
What if Hercules returned to the Olympus? what Meg will do? what his step perenets will do? waht Greek will do?.

Lady and the Tramp
What if Tony had served them ravioli instead of spaghetti? Ew.

What if....the three fairies slipped some No-Doze in her tea every morning?

Cinderella
Where if the stepsisters hadn't ripped the pink dress would the prince still fall in love with Cinderella?

What if the fairies stopped Aurora from touching the spindle?

What if it played out like the true version of Grimm's tale. The prince comes across the sleeping beauty and instead of awaking her w/a kiss, he rapes her in her sleep and leaves her where she lies. She ends up pregnant, and has his children, while still in a coma, and he keeps coming back and using her. How is that for a fairytale, and trust me i did a college report on the truth behind the tales. Talk about Disney-ing it up.

I thought it might be a bit graphic or disturbing, but this is my favorite Disney tale and after reading that, let's just say, I look at the story in a whole new light.

What if........Mowgli and Baloo returned to the jungle after the climax??? Would Baggy object or let loose? Would Shere Khan survive that fire's wound

Winnie The Pooh

What if Tigger really bounced out of the book, would he exlore Christpoher's Robin's room??? What if.....Piglet was replaced by Gopher (true fact, Walt did consider repleacing the lil Piglet for Gopher)

3 Lil Pigs

What if Fife/Fiddler Pigs' houses held more strongly or how bout the Wolf goes round the blown Stitcks house??? What if Pratical Pig never invent a wolf abuse machine or something???

I too had that same idea when I first saw "Cinderella 3". Kinda makes you think if the Prince fell in love with Cinderella or the girl in the platinum dress.
