I'll be taking the Circuit City ad from that week, to Best Buy, and price match Full House: Season 5 and Season 6, for $17.99, each. I'll pick Season 7 up when it drops down to $17.99, probably when the 8th (and final) Season is released.

Also, at Best Buy that week, they will have Roseanne: Season 8 for $24.99 ++++

++++ Buy Roseanne: Season 8 and get any other Roseanne DVD Season set FREE // Free DVD set = $34.99 value // Season 8 DVD set & Free DVD set must be purchased on the same receipt

So, I'll try to pick up Season 3, if they have it in stock. If not, then I'll get Season 6, as that is the only other one I don't have. As usual, I will be using my Reward Zone card, and racking up the points!

Speedy1961 has posted the ads for that week over at the DVDTalk.com forums. Here they are, for Best Buy, Circuit City, and Target:

Reviewing: Disturbia, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody: Sweet Suite Victory

Immediate Purchase: "The Muppet Show" S2

Eventual Purchases: Full House S7, The Simpsons S10, Home Improvement S7, Darkwing Duck V2, Roseanne S8, TMNT S5, Saved by the Bell: Hawaiian Style & Wedding in Las Vegas

Rentals: TMNT, Unaccompanied Minors

Big, big, (too) big week! Some very exciting stuff on the way. Can't get it all at once, but as you can see, the wish list is getting some extra padding in August.

Aaron, are you up to date with the other Season releases of Roseanne? If not, you could purchase Season 8 at Best Buy for $24.99, and get any other Roseanne DVD Season set for free.

I haven't bought any of the "Roseanne" sets yet (nor have I really seen a lot of the show, other than the occasional episode during the original run and a bit of it on Nick @ Nite), but I'm definitely interested in diving into the series. It's not the highest on the priority list, though. The Best Buy sale is a great deal, but funds are going to be limited and stretched thin by that crazy release week, so I'll probably end up having to pass on it, unfortunately.

I understand about the funds being limited and stretched thin. If I had the extra funds, I'd pick them up for you, just to get you started! I think you'll really enjoy it. I, myself, LOVE Roseanne. It doesn't matter how many times I've seen an episode, I can just watch that show and never get tired of it. It's the same with shows like The Golden Girls, Full House, Who's The Boss?, and I Love Lucy, just to name a few. Shows that I can watch each episode a million times (and probably have!), and never get tired of it.

The thing I hate about some TV shows on DVD is that first they usually take out the best of sets or sometimes they take out the best of while the run of the DVD set for example The Cosby Show.

Gosh I think that day will be the day that starts the horror for me ... It's officially the fall tv on dvd season ...

I will probably be picking up that day ... Muppet Show Season 2 ... and The Simpsons Season 10 ...

If I feel like spending more money ... then I will add on 8 simple rules ... Darkwing Duck Vol 2 and The Tick VS Season 2 ...

We shall see ... Gosh ... the upcoming weeks are going to be pleasure ... and pain ...

Definitely Simpsons. I might blind buy (or someone might for me since it's my birthday) TMNT. I'll wait on the TMNT show box set, I still need to catch up on the Volumes (which CC has a sweet deal on :D)...and I'll rent Disturbia.

I'm going to buy Roseanne: The Complete Eighth Season and Disturbia both on the day of release.

I'll officially be one step closer to completing my Roseanne collection!

It's Home Improvement Season Seven for me, along with the TMNT movie, and if the money is there I am getting Hopalong Cassidy The Complete Television Collection (a 12-disc set for around $50).
