To be honest, I've never really enjoyed any of them. They're all kind of cliche and, well, frankly, kinda gross.

I've only seen a few, and some of the ones I own are kind of corny/stupid

I have:

Dracula 2000 and 3000
Dusk Till Dawn 1 and 3
Monster Squad
Near Dark
John Carpenters Vampires and Los Muertos

That's about it I think, most horror movies now don't appeal to me so I wouldn't know what's out now for Vampires.

House of Dark Shadows
And I guess Night of Dark Shadows too if the director's cut ever gets released since the 90ish-minute theatrical hackjob is utter tripe...

The two I like the most are Hammer's original version of 'Dracula' (with Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing, still the best Dracula and Van Helsing ever put on screen) and F. W. Murnau's 'Nosferatu' (with Max Schrek as Count Orlock).

By the way, 'Nosferatu' was one of the films Walt screened for his employees, and Murnau's influence can be seen in the early Disney films.

I wanted to like 'Bram Stoker's Dracula', but it just changed the Count too much, and there were moments that were intended to be serious but ended up being wildly comical. So much gore and sex was rather unseemly, as well. I'm not talking about squeamishness, I'm talking about taste. 'Dracula: Dead and Loving it' did a brilliant job sending it up!

Ditto!

I also did enjoy the Buffy: The Vampire Slayer movie for what it was. And I love Underworld 1 and 2. The original Dracula amd Bram Stoker's Dracula are fantastic too.

Blade 1 and 2 were kinda cool, but IMO not the greatest

I don't have a list or anything of my favs, but I have always loved The Lost Boys and Shadow of the Vampire (even though it's not really about vampires per say).
