High School Musical - Theatrical Production Soundtrack

I did a search and surprisingly found this topic has not already been discussed.
Anyhow, I was browsing through a Disney Teen Music blog that provides music downloads and in addition to finding downloads ranging from Hannah Montana to Jonas Brother to Mitchel Musso (yes, apparently he raps), the blogger posted 6 tracks from the Disney Theatrical Productions touring stage versions of the popular Disney Channel Original Movie musical. I don't know if this is from an official soundtrack or just demos...

The songs are more or less the same, but their changes/additions give it an air of a musical production with its changes and dialogue additions. They added/changed lyrics for the company to sing and it seems that the show starts at school and flashbacks to the New Years vacation in the movie. "Auditions" is really funny!
After listening to the DCOM original soundtrack, it's quite odd to hear the songs sung by all mid-20somethings.
