August 2007:
High School Musical 2 - more madcap mayhem in the most overrated and inane pop culture phenomenon since the Macarena!
October 2007:
Twitches Too! - Twin witches return to do twin witch things while adjusting to their newfound twin witch life.
January 2008:
Eddie's Million Dollar Mix-Off - Eddie's taken up bartending and must now create a new delectable alcoholic concoction while also managing his fantasy baseball team.
April 2008:
The 20-Year-Old Virgin - a cleaned-up Disneyized version of the hit Steve Carell comedy, where 20-year-old Jamie is determined to lose his virginity, but his three friends do their best to make sure he stays a virgin!

Escapay, I read
"Eddie's Million Dollar Mix-Off", and I got excited...until I read your description.
IMDB lists "The Cheetah Girls 3" for 2008.

I read in the latest Entertainment Weekly that there is going to be a new Halloween witch-esque movie starring the girl that was supposed to be in the Lizzie McGuire spin-off.

I could tell you that it's a really late April Fools Joke, but I'd be lying:
http://www.mtv.com/movies/news/articles ... tory.jhtml
she revealed to MTV News over the weekend that a "Hannah Montana" movie is making its way to the big screen. "My new solo album just came out — it was #1 this week, and hopefully it'll be #1 next week," Miley said. "Now we're trying to work on putting the movie together."
...
"And yes, it's for the theaters"
...
"My dad is the producer, which I'm really excited about," she added. "He's never done anything like this before, but my dad is ready to take on new challenges."
...
"There'll be a lot of similarities [to the show], and the fact that Miley is so real, her music is real, we'll keep a lot of that realism," Billy Ray revealed. "But I think we'll go a little further with the comedy. And it's going to be on the big screen, so we'll try to make everything look bigger."

Really? Do you know what it's about or the name of it?

They said it was called Wizards of Waverly Place. And, as I read it again, it doesn't necessarily say that it is a movie. It could be a show, but that fact that it is to premiere in October tells me it could be a movie.
The article says:
"I asked that they keep her edgy," says star Selena Gomez (though she's talking more Avril Lavigne's fashion-sense "edgy" than Lindsay Lohan's clubbing habits "edgy").
As I said earlier, Gomez was the original star of the Lizzie McGuire spin-off that never came to be.
Oh, and on a side-note, the fact that there will be a Hannah Montana theatrical film makes me want to vomit. Possibly even more than the Bratz movie.

OH! Yeah that is a show. The trailer is going to be tagged along with High School Musical 2. It sounds interesting.

Darn I thought it was going to Lalaine as the main character! I wish she did a little more with Disney.
I love the idea of a Hannah Montana movie, it's sad because my friends and I are all 24 and we love the show, I think even my husband does though he would NEVER admit it!!!!

I've heard alot of rumors about a Halloweentown: She's the Witch! movie. It's kinda over-over kill, but I thought that Halloweentown 4 wasn't half-bad. This movie is supposdly airing October 2008. I've also heard about Zenon Z4 and Twitches Too!, also. I would like to see a Twitches Too! to tell the truth. Also, about this Wizards of Waverly Place, it sounds an awful lot like Hamershave Hall which was supposed to star Aly and AJ.

I think Disney should have stopped with the Halloweentown sequels when they couldn't get Kimberly J Brown back, that kinda ruined it. Sara Paxton ruined the movie for me. I don't plan on buying the DVD of Return to Halloweentown, instead I'll just stick happily with my DVD's of the first three films.
Zenon: Z3 was also not very good. They relied waaaaay too much of visual effects, which were embarrassingly bad.
I never really watched Twitches, so I could care less about a sequel to that.
And, in my honest opinion, the Cheetah Girls were horrible enough with the first film. Going on to more was just nonsense.
But, don't let this make you think I believe all DCOMS are bad (although most all of the recent ones are), I actually enjoy quite a few of them. I hope that with the success of the DCOMs being released on DVD gives them the idea to release Don't Look Under the Bed (one of my favorites). And where is that Even Stevens DVD that was talked about?
Oh well...

Twitches Too! is premering this year in the Disney Channel Hauntober Fest.
In the beginning of 2008,a DCOM called "Rock Camp" is set to premeire, followed by "Minuteman" and then "Halloweentown 5" which is rumoured to be a....dare I say it...musical.
