Out of our six princesses, who starred in the best movie?
Snow White
Aurora (Sleeping Beauty)
Cinderella
Belle (Beauty and the Beast)
Ariel (The Little Mermaid)
Jasmine (Aladdin)

Well, I would say aladdin, but since this is a princess contest, I really think Aladdin was the star rather than Jasmine.

So, for this one, I'm going to say Belle. She's out-going and a free spirit. She reads, which according to Gaston isn't appropriate, and she is willing to sacrifice herself for her father's safety. One more thing she does is give beast a chance. First off, he was kinda mean to her, but after he saved her, she gave him a chance and they wound up falling in lover

HEY! You're back! Oh, and Beauty and the Beast had the best movie. The animation, the music, the story...It's all so perfect!

I disagree, I thought it was a great movie.

Well, since everyone seems to be basing their opinions on which is their favorite movie rather than favorite princess, then I change my answer to Jasmine

mermaid Kelly-you should tally all the posts from these threads and come up with who earned the most "votes". That princess can then become "The Ultimate Princess of Ultimate Disney DVD!". What about a prince one? Just do the mates of the six classic princesses. OH, and include a name thread too. I know two princes who wouldn't even qualify.

I was planning on tallying the posts and PM's for the princesses, I think I will make one more round first, then there will be an even 10.

I don't know about a prince contest though....ill think about it

Aladdin comes in a very close second, for movie followed by TLM and BATB

Oh by the way, yeah all 4 of my top 4 faves made it into the top five!!!! Who-hoo!!! I know the top 4 have not been revealed yet, but duh, i think we all know which four they will wind up being!

Sure, Prince Phillip....you can do the Prince one! I'll warn you though, it get's stressful after awhile. I feel pressured to think of a final catagory, and I can't think of one! I was going to say sequal, but Snow White and Sleeping Beauty don't have sequals. Anyone have a suggestion for a princess round? If I get a few good suggestions I might make the contest a little longer.

Cinderella and Beauty and the beast tie for best movie in my opinion. But for the sake of needing a concrete vote i'll go with Cinderella b/c everyone else is voting for BATB.

Without Snow White's movie, we wouldn't have any of the others.
