Welcome one and all to the 4th Annual Ultimate Disney Forum Awards! Tonight (and on the many nights to come), we'll reflect back on the best that 2006 and 2007 brought to this cozy corner of cyberspace. We've weathered heated arguments, elephants on strike, and The Cheetah Girls-- and survived them all. Of course, the last three ceremonies have brought with them both chaos and tragedy, as the red carpet became <i>blood</i> red. In response to last year's language, violence, and full frontal nudity (*cough* Loomis *cough*), security here in Off-Topic Hall has been increased and network censors are on the stand-by. This of course allows us the freedom to be all the more reckless, so I believe that we have quite the event ahead of us.

I'm honored to return as your host this year, as we honor just some of the very best of UltimateDisney.com. I expect that the legendary Joan Rivers will join us live from the red carpet throughout this year's ceremony, courtesy of our entertainment correspondent, ichabod. Speaking of the red carpet, our many guests continue to arrive outside, while these hallowed seats quickly fill. So without further adu, let the ceremony begin!

Listen, we seriously need to inject all members of UD with a couple of pills of ecstasy. Escapay won't need it though - he's hyper enough already. The same applies to Loomis, unless we intend on observing a replica of one of Michelangelo Buonarroti's works of art.

Are we allowed to get out of our seat to go the bathroom? And, are they catering, or must we get our own food?

I brought a food deflector along with me, in case anyone gets any bright ideas. Oh, and I expect they are catering.

We'll be here for a while...can whoever is sponsoring this get us some electric foot massagers, please...my shoes are hurting my feet. And some blankets & pillows- if we'll be here for a week, we'll need to sleep comfortably.
