You do know that the Herbie films have been released in Region 2 and Region 4? Are you sure they're fakes and not these?
P.S. You can't post a pic from your harddrive. It needs to be online somewhere.

I am not sure for sure but On the website for these DVD'S it says that they are only playable on Region 1 and Region 4 DVD Players. Does that sound legit?

Yes. Many Region 4 DVDs are coded for both R4 and R1.

Look like legitimate Mexican DVD releases, which would be compatible in R1 and R4.

Actually, these are the Brazilian editions. And they are compatible in R1 indeed.

From those pics on ebay, I noticed that they say Walt Disney and not Vault Disney.

Brazilian DVDs are Region 1 and 4. Hmm. what films got an exclusive Brazilain release? I think they were all released in Europe/Latin America before...
Oh, and we don't have the Vault Disney collection, that's why you see "Walt Disney Presents" on some Disney coverarts (like the Herbie films and "So Dear To My Heart")

Thanks to all that have contributed to this. But As I said in March or April of next year Disney Is Putting Herbie Goes Bananas, Herbie Goes To Monte Carlo, and Herbie Rides Again On DVD. But I am going to stick with the VHS. Because the cover art is going to be almost the same as the Film Classics VHS Edition. The Herbie Collection that was put out in 1996. And also they don't have any special features all they have is Chapter Access. And Languauge. I might buy them but I don't know for sure. I know that when Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again came out on DVD I bought it in a second thinking that it was going to have special features but Alas it had none. It was just like the VHS Version.
