For Australia, if you go to DVDPLaza, it will do a price comparison of all the major online stores in Australia.
I recommend EzyDVD or AtlanticDVD.

And http://www.dvdpricecheck.co.uk/ is a multi-region DVD price checker, which includes lots of UK stores (and US, Canada, Australia, Brazil...).
