Disney Anniversary

Sorry I missed it guys, I was busy. Yesterday was the 13th Anniversary of The Rescuers Down Under, the first sequel on the animated classics list, and one of the few decent ones, but maybe because it's the decent ones (i.e. The Rescuers DU, Fantasia 2000 [spectacular]) don't feel like sequels. By that I mean, The Rescuers Down Under is like a James Bond sequel, it requires no viewing of the original for understanding or appreciation, and Fantasia 2000 was a tribute and continuation of the original (Fanatasia was a concert, not a story). Anyways, it appeals greatly to kids, but it's pretty enjoyable at any age. How ironic that there was such a small film in between classic "3rd Renaisscance" features. Happy Birthday to #29!
