Disney Theme Park Survivor: Ultimate Finals-Round 5

We've done Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom, now the final survivor to see what theme park attraction UD members(at least, the ones who visit the Polls and Games section) love the most.

We have a total of 10 attractions! The top 2 from each park from the survivors of all 5 theme parks. DCA was to be included, but, with it's lack of fandom, we'd figured why bother.

Everyone is welcome! You do not need to have voted in previous rounds.

Rules are simple. The 1 attraction with the most votes will leave and not make it through to the next round, there are 2 days for voting with every round. If, after 24 hours, one attraction has five more votes than any other, the round will be called.

We are voting for the attractions we like the least!

We each have 1 vote! You vote for 1 attraction!

Please make your votes in bold if making a long post which mentions more than one attraction to avoid confusion.

To play, you must have at least 25 posts(including polls and games) or have joined 30 days before the first time you vote.

Voting ends Monday at 3 PM EST. Votes will be counted until I officially close the round(except in the case of a tie). The next round will also try to get posted at that time.

Here's the attractions you have to vote for. Happy voting!

Okay, I know it's all a matter of opinions, and that survivors are often played to a point where the #1 favorites aren't always the winner but... I find it rather pitiful and annoying such a weak, bland and boring ride like Maelstrom has gotten so far. TOT, Dinosaur and GMR blow this ride out of the water. :(

I hope we can all agree at least the other five are much better, alliance or no alliance.

No alliance, but I vowed that I would never vote against Maelstrom. I have a feeling my luck is about to run out, but I'm voting for what's likely next in line. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Sigh. Let the execution commence. :(

I just read your comments Justin and I disagree

Dinosaur was an attempt to emulated Indy and absolutely failed. The ride moved too fast to look at the animatronics and I ddint really feel thrilled once.

Great Movie Ride - granted I have only done it once but i was throuroughly bored.

Twilight Zone of Terror - probably is a better ride than Maelstrom but I really like Maelstrom's themeing and the ride really isnt half bad. That backwards motion was really something different for Disney so massive thumbs up. I thought it was excellent for what it was. Some of what I was doing was just getting rid of Twilight Zone of Terror because all of the remaining Disney rides are far superior.

Secondly, there is no alliance, at least that I am aware of and voting in this round seems to confirm it. I think th

I like Dinosaur! Yes, it always does get compared to Indy on the internet, and I agree, Indy IS the superior ride. But still, I really like Dinosaur and find comparisons unfair. It's got an incredibly fun story, it's very fast-paced, and it's the only time I've gotten "scared" in an attraction. However, it does one thing better than Indy: it places everything in the dark, making all the effects work perfectly. As much as I love IJA, I've never been on it where every single effect worked perfectly.

I surprised you don't like GMR, especially since you always seemed to be a movie buff, and since I'm one, that's why I like it. I've also only been on it once, so I haven't felt it's "too old" feeling yet, but understand why people say it is.

Tower is Terror I felt should've at least made the top 5. It truely innovated theme park rides, like Disney always does, as it's the first themed "freefall" ride. Maelstrom just didn't do it for me, but then perhaps I'm not too fond/familiar with the culture. It also gets points off for the lame "pre-show" at the end of the ride, that they make you wait for.

Well, since plans changed, I've gotten internet access and could end the round right now, but might wait just an extra day as it's made it this far.

Due to an obvious looser, Maelstrom has finally left the game.

Round 6 will be up faster than riding Gadget's Go Coaster or The Barnstormer at Goofy's Wiseacre Farm!
