Has there been any news on these happening? Hercules turns 10 this year and it would be great to see a 2 disc set on this film. Hunchback has also been neglected. If Pocahontas, Mulan, Tarzan, and New Groove were all 2 disc worthy then these two forgotten and overlooked gems should be worthy too.

Tarzan and Emperor didn't get the 2 disc treatment. I do want to see Hercules and Hunchback of Notre Dame released this year though (I have not seen either of those).

Yes, Tarzan and The Emperor's New Groove DID get the two-disk treatment. Check out UD's site and look at the reviews listed. Both the Tarzan: Collector's Edition and The Emperor's New Groove: Ultimate Edition are 2-Disk sets.

But anyway, back on topic, I too would like to see Hercules and Hunchback in a new DVD set. I'm actually loosing faith in Disney's ability to create 2-Disk DVD's (other than the Platinums, recently-deceased Treasures, and other such films/sets). I honestly doubt that we will get a 2-disk treatment of Hunchback or Hercules, as much as the fans of those movies would love. I'm predicting that if they get a re-release, it will be ala: Dumbo, TENG, Tarzan, The Fox and the Hound, and Robin Hood. Although, I think that we MIGHT get a 2-Disk for Lilo and Stitch some time in the future.

I would love to have a two disc special edition of Hunchback and Hercules. The are both very well done movies.

Not be a puss, but there's already millions of threads on this topic already...use the search.

However, I too would love the day Disney announced a decent release of these two films!
