Disney Duster was making a pun on "laxative."
I have cats myself, and fortunately neither one has ever experienced constipation. Try some canned pumpkin; it's full of fiber and most cats like the taste. If that doesn't work, you'll definitely need to go to the vet.

Let's use this thread for domestic animal help. So if you guys ever need advice or help on how to raise an orphan cat or dog, just write here I'll be more than happy to help anyone. And there's always the Environment thread, so don't hesitate to ask for help. I wish I knew of a place like this one to write when I was raising Ringo, unfortunately I didn't have much internet help, but God helped me get through raising him ( which was extremely difficult). But don't feel discouraged to tackle trying to raise an orphan, if I did so can anybody, plus I don't think anyone in this forum would be that heartless, as to abandon a living creature in need. So remember guys this is the official thread for help on this issue or any other that may need attention. Thank you all, who offered their help, I really appreciate it a lot.

nope. but this is a thread where people can post about any problems they have with their pets. instead of starting a completely NEW thread (my dog has cancer, etc) they can tell us here and we can save some bandwith

Well one of my kitty cat's was Urine blocked and couldn't go number 1. So My suggestion is to call your vet for his/her advice and then schedule your cat an appointment... My advice is: Don't give it canned pumpkin as its not always good to give cats/dogs human food... Also if your cat is Meowing in pain then I suggest that you take him to an Emergency Pet Clinic....If you have the money to do so.... So It could be plugged up or litterally Full of Poo.... I was once was litterally full of Poo... That's when we found out that I had Crohn's...
