Mine would be:

Princess Adora (She-Ra).
Teela (He-Man).
Cheetara (Thundercats).
Scarlett (G.I. Joe).
Catra (She-Ra). (Remember her? the blue-haired ponytailed villain babe who becomes a panther when she puts on her mask?)
April O'Neil (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)
Auroa (Sleeping Beauty).
Jenny (Bucky O'Hare).
Gadget (Rescue Rangers).
Ariel (Little Mermaid).
Jasmine (Aladdin).
Kitten Kaboodle (Talespin).
Sally Acorn (Sonic The Hedgehog SatAM).

For me, it was always the nerdy guys. Most of my TV crushes were live-action characters, as one may be able to infer from my pithy list.

1. Brainy Smurf (The Smurfs)

2. Egon Spengler (The Real Ghostbusters)

3. Filbert (Rocko's Modern Life)

Kid? I don't remember having cartoon crushes as a kid but I do remember more recent ones!

Darien - Sailor Moon (drooooooool)
Howl - Howl's Moving Castle

Hmm, both anime in nature...anime dudes are hot!

Oh I remember one cartoon crush as a child and that had to be Prince Eric! Wait, and Kermit the frog too.

As a kid, probably almost any cartoon girl, just like today, ha. Nah, I guess I'm pickier than that. As a little kid, and I mean VERY little, I know I had a crush on Snow White and on Firestar from Spider-Man and his Amazing friends. In live-action, I had it bad for Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. I still find Judy Garland gorgeous in that film and in her black and white stuff, but not her other color stuff. Poor thing, she got old FAST. Of course, my favorite old-time actress dreamgirl is Priscilla Lane. But, back to animated girls, currently, my big three are Ariel, Tinkerbell, and Sailor Moon. Those three are probably a tie. After them, the next group would be Belle, Kim Possible, Asuka from NGE, and Sabrina from Sabrina the Animated series. I'm probably forgetting some that fit in there with those four too. Maybe Supergirl from Superman the Animated series belongs in that second group. My next bunch of faves would include Batgirl from Batman the Animated series (if she's not in that second group too, ha), Eilonwy, Daphne, teen Pebbles, the other inner Sailor Scouts, Casey's daughters, Katrina Van Tassel, B.B. Hood, Slue Foot Sue, Betty and Veronica, and several others. Then, there's probably another group after that with too many to bother listing. And, yeah, I'm still into Snow White and Firestar.

'What cartoon characters did you had a crush on as a kid?..........C'mon let's get the English straight here. That is the third posting you have made with incorrect English and I have sent PM's to you about it, but I guess I am going to put it out here for all to see.

It should read:

"What cartoon characters did you have a crush on as a kid?"

Please, fix it. I know it is no big thing, but proper grammar is important in life.........that is something you will learn as you get older.

I just remembered one of my MAJOR childhood cartoon crushes: Fern from Charlotte's Web! Man, when I was little, I had it BAD for Fern, ha. They used to play the film at the public library for us. I usually don't forget her, it just slipped my mind, then I saw a bit of Charlotte's Web on Cartoon Network this morning.

Maybe Bill did it to see if people were paying attention.

Anyways...it seems rather unsettling to have a crush/infatuation with an animated drawing going by at 24 or 30 frames a second. :shifty:

But, I will admit that Beauty and the Beast is my favorite DAC fo many reasons, with the visual appeal of Belle being one of them.

Yes I guess so. Most of us have enough keeping track of our own languages if we aren't going to pay attention to English as well.

Nightcrawler from X-Men and especially from X-Men Evolution
"Chicks dig the fuzzy blue dude!"
Am I wrong for liking a fictious furry blue mutant that is also like...10 years younger then me?
Justin from NIMH....he just oozes in sexiness...even if he is a rat (no really, he is)
Donatello from TMNT....he's smart AND he wears purple!
Trent Lane from Daria...stoic and sexy
Jack Skellington....nuff' said
Prince Ashitaka from Mononoke....I really wanted to say something witty....but I would likely get censored.

From Gargoyles
Goliath....the guy always seemed like he needed a hug
Brooklyn....bad boy/too cool complex
Puck.....does he NEED an explaination?

I don't believe I actually admitted to them all!

Can I admit to crushing on Betty Rubble?

An early crush on Daphne from Scooby Doo may explain my ongoing thing for redheads.

There's something about redheaded cartoon characters. They just look GREAT!

I would admit to being a fan of certain cartoon characters but I can't in all honesty say I ever had a crush on one. Perhaps cartoon sexuality never appealed to me on that level.

Something I forgot to mention. A lot of folks are waaaay into "furries," which are the anthropomorphic animal characters, like Maid Marian from Disney, or Minnie or Daisy for that matter. Anyways, I have to admit that these are not really my thing, but there are a few exceptions. The strongest one is probably Lola Bunny from Space Jam (who has appeared in other stuff, but not much and usually not in her true form, like in Loonatics and Baby Looney Tunes). I don't know what it is, the blonde ponytail (well, her ears look like a ponytail, and I have a thing for ponytails), the skimpy sports gear, the voice... I just really dig her. One of the weirder ones I always have been into though, is Daisy Duck. That's right, Daisy. There's something about her I have always found adorable. There's one weirder one though, but I'm not really into her anymore so I don't feel bad about it. I'll go ahead and say it though... Cindy Bear. You know, Yogi's girl. When I was a kid, I was soooo into her, which is messed up, because she didn't look like anything but a bear... in a tutu. Nowadays, with the exception of Daisy, they usually have to look a bit more womanly for me to be that into them, like Minerva Mink or Fawn Deer.

I still sort of think lusting after drawings is... weird (but I guess since I'm gay, I'm supposed to forgive signs of weirdness and say, "it's all about perception").

But, I guess it's like interpretive art. And a lot of that is supposed to be sexual or erotic (whatever). It's just that, if I actually believed drawings were sexy, I would have to believe that now I have to have a sexual interest in everything 'sexual' I watch (which doesn't boat well for all those sleazy slasher films I love that show off women's bodies - I don't watch the boobs to get-off, I watch the slashings to be entertained).

However... IF I were to put myself in the shoes of the characters and say, I find these attributes attractive... I might say that Darien from Sailor Moon (the American episodes, dubbed in English) seemed attractive. But it's probably his character elements. He was very ultra-cool, seemed to want to isolate himself, and was always basically "unavailable" in one way or another. I guess in life, I like the hard to get types. I wish I didn't, it only results in heartbreak. But... I can't help it.

Other than that, I would say that some animated characters seem to be real representative of actual people. So, I won't say I was attracted to them, but some animated characters who have physical qualities I think I would like if they were real - Disney's Prince Philip (Sleeping Beauty), Eric (The Little Mermaid), and Aladdin from Aladdin.
