Ok
http://www.tvshowsondvd.com just announced the complete season of Ninja Turtles Forward on DVD. According to the box art it will be 2 disc set consisting of 13 episodes and is the full season of either 5th or 6th. 4KIDS and Mirage are saying that it is officialy the 5th season even though Chronologically it should be season 6. Also according to the report
http://www.NinjaTurtles.com lists only 11 episodes and
http://www.tv.com says that there are 14 episodes. So who is correct???? It will retail for $14.98 and at amazon it is selling for $11.19. Not bad for 2 discs in my opinion. ALSO for some reason amazon.com has it listed as one disc..... NOW I am really confused... Because the cover art says 2 discs while the product details say only 1 disc
Now this is very cofusing....

Maybe I'm a moron - but I'll just wait for the available episodes to be boxed into season sets.
Well, a guy can dream, can't he?
Ninja Turtles...why Fast Forward?

Why was the series called "Fast Foward"? It's not like they fast-forwarded in time to become adults, right? I never watched the show, I'm just curious. I only ever watched the original stuff, back when I had a Ninja Turtle lunchbox...

Well here is why:
The Turtles and Splinter suddenly find themselves in a futuristic world of flying cars, multiple atmospheric gravity zones and a “melting pot” population of humans and aliens. Who’s responsible for this mess? Why none other than Cody Jones, Casey and April’s fourteen-year-old great grandson, who accidentally pulled our heroes through a “time window”… to the year 2105!
So instead of saying TMNT visit the Future.... They used something quite original. I have only caught a few episodes so I might pick this up. I think in the series they killed off Shredder at one point sometime in the series, so you may want to check out
www.ninjaturtles.com which has info on all the show and be warned that it has spoilers. In my personal opinion I like the Turtles back when I was little and the turtles were more funny and their was more comedy
Also here is a fun fact about the Original TMNT's Shredder

:
The original Shredder from TMNT of yesteryears was voiced by the actor James Avery who also played as The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air's Phillip Banks aka Uncle Phil. Did any of you ever know that??

I never knew that. That's pretty strange to hear. I never would have thought. Anyway I just wanted to say thanks for the info on "Fast Forward"!
