Is Walt Disney actually frozen? I've heard this be supported and denied. I know they found his gravesite, but still. People who were cremated also have gravesites so that doesn't really help.

I've heard say that he wanted to come back on the 250th anniversary of Disney.

Is there any truth to Walt's frozen...ness?

There was a rumor that Walt Disney was froze and is hidden under the ride from Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland.
Walt wanted to be frozen so he could be able to transplant or clone his organs or other people organs. Also Walt wanted to wake up 100 years into the future. Kind of sounds like Futurama.

But this is a rumor....he's bury in his grave...

I think the real truth was that he was cremated and buried at Forest Lawn.

My teacher told me that they just froze his head, cause that's where all the creativity was.

Your teacher is crazy. Walt IS NOT frozen. He was cremated on December 17, 1966 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California.

Or maybe he was just being sarcastic, and I took it seriously. I was younger them so that could be it.

OH MY GOSH ESCAPAY... let me tell you how much I love this comment! The Disney vault cartoon scetch from SNL was hilarious. I remember seeing it late one night and I almost died laughing. I tend to think that the story of Walt being frozen is just... a story. I also believe that Paul McCartney is alive.

My guess about this (and it's only speculation on my part), is as follows. When Walt Disney died some comedian made a joke that now he's in "suspended animation" because he was dead and he was an animator. People passed that joke around knowing it was just a joke but some people who heard it didn't know it was a joke. They passed it along as fact. The "fact" spread and now we have the urban legend that Walt is frozen somewhere.

Disney's head is NOT frozen. That is just a stupid rumor.
