There are some amazing ones out there actually.

The Official Site has recently been updated, and that is quite groovy now...

But my favourite is easily DLP.Info: The Guide to Disneyland Resort Paris

It's bilingual, and very comprehensive. We used it as an inspiration for our Hong Kong site.

I've also recently discovered: http://www.dlrp.fr/

It's all in French, and covers all the resorts, but the photos alone are worth a visit.
