Eloise at the Plaza
Adapted from the famous kids book released in the 60's tells the story of
the lovable Eloise a little girl with a kack for creating her own Adventures. for those of you who grew up on this book, will remember this character for those of you who haven't this is a nice little story. We have the return of a Disney legend back to nanny roots
Miss Julie Andrews is back for yet another Disney movie! she always gives me this twinkle feeling when I see her in a Disney movie, I guess it brings back memories of my childhood when I use to watch Mary Poppins and the Sound of Music.

Video
Present in 1:78.1 Anamorphic Widescreen. The picture look incredible, crisp and sharp. I don't think this ever got sent to theaters and is more like Direct-to-Video, the quality and entertainment of this feature is really cinema material!
Audio
5.1 Dolby Digital the box says is more like 2.0 Dolby lol most of the dialogue and music stay in the front channels while the surrounds don't get any use, not that this movie demands the use of it but it would have been nice and it would have helped the mood of the movie for those of us who own a Home Theater.

Pretty much the main cast, director and illutrator tell their experience with the book and making this film. We get Miss Andrews, Kevin Lima, Devon Creel, Sofia Vassilieva, Christine Baranski and more.

Parting Thoughts
Many of you might don't know his movie have been made or maybe don't know who Eloise is......But this movie is a great way to get to know her. I can say I loved the movie and I'm sure everyone will too. If you're a Disney Fan you will like Ms Andrew's performance. This movie is good for anyone who has kids under 10 which I would think this release is aimed for but it's such a good movie that anyone will like it! I highly recommend giving it a rental at least!
