HI THE LM UK RELEASE IS TOMORROW, CAN SOMEONE FROM THE UK TELL ME IF TESCO WILL HAVE THE DVD WITH A [b]CARDBOARD SLIPCASE[/b] ??? IVE NEVER BOUGHT A DISNEY DVD B4 SO DONT KNOW WHICH UK SHOPS SELL THEM WITH THE SLIP CASE COS I KNOW SOME OF THEM DONT. PLEASE HELP THANKS!

THIS SHOULD BE IN THE INTERNATIONAL DVD FORUM AND THE LITTLE MERMAID UK DVD DOES NOT COME WITH A SLIPCOVER ONLY CERTAIN DVD'S DO AND LM HAS BEEN CONFIRMED NOT TO HAVE ONE

Please use lower case and hardly any DVD's came with a slipcover in the UK, the only ones that spring to mind are Aladdin and Cinderella.

Actually the DVDs to have slipcovers are:

Mine came yesterday, no slipcover.....wounded.
Though similar to the Lady And The Tramp release certain bits of writing on the cover are as some would say "shiny". Those getting the double pack will most likely not get the "shiny" writing....thats what happened with the Lady And The Tramp double pack.

If only some of us would read announcement threads, then some of us would know that some of us have the double pack and some of us have confirmed that the writing is shiny even if it comes in the double pack, which some of us already have!

r u talking about the double pack lm 1 and 2? or just the 2 disc plat edition? well at least there'll b some 'shinyness'

Yes, the 2 disc special edition has areas of shinyness on its cover, as was revealed in this thread http://www.ultimatedisney.com/forum/vie ... rt=320=320

and the box set has a slip cover?
Also the us version of lm has a slip doesnt it? thats what i read on this site anyway.

I didn't see the point of opening a new thread and it is somewhat relevant to this topic, so, all I want to know is; will The Little Mermaid come with a free flounder soft toy?

Hi just been to tesco, sainsburys, whsmith (didnt even hv the dvd on the shelves), hmv, woolworths, virgin and music zone none of them had a slip and none of them had a free toy. also only some of the stores sell it with the shiny bits so look out for it!

By the way, I'm getting the box set of TLM and TLM2, do you know whether or not it will be shiny? (I really hope it is, it looks so much prettier)

My mum ordered it from Play.com got the shiny cover, I got it from Amazon UK and didn't get a shiny cover!
I know its just a cover but I'm dissapointed.

Dammit! That means I missed the slipcases for TLK and Sleeping Beauty. Didn't even know they existed

Does anyone know if Blockbuster have the shiny covers? cause I'm going there later tonight to get it because I have credit
