i found this out at: www.amazon.co.uk, i was little shocked because TLM 2 is out of print here, but i guess that isn't the case in the UK.

The Little Mermaid II has been out of print in the UK too, and this will be the only way to get it.

I really love the coverart!

Hopefully when TLM2 gets rereleased over here in the US, the new coverart will look similar.

That's actually the same cover art for the R4 edition of TLM and TLM 2 twin pack.

Nice to know you'll be getting the same cover art.

I wanna know if TLM II cover has changed from the original one released in the UK. Anyone know?

I'd really like to know this also. I bet when I open my twin pack, TLM2 will still have the old cover art and I bet the trailers haven't changed either. That's what hapened with Lady and The Tramp 2 (If you bought it in the boxset that is).

No, I didnt get that one, I got LatTII in a BOGOF offer. And, yes, it did bug me big time. But, Cinderella II got a new cover, and new trailers, etc. Why can't TLMII???? It did better than CII as i recall.

We can only hope!!

I don't mean to be pessimistic but I have very little faith that we'll be seeing a new cover. The Cinderella 2 cover was shown weeks before it's release and The Little Mermaid is less than a week away and still no sign of a new cover . (If there is a new cover though, I hope it's as nice as the boxset cover art)

In Germany the TLM II cover is the same as the old one. Crap, it's even the same DVD with all the old trailers!!

Oh no! That sucks!

I'm not gonna buy it anyway, since I don't like any of the sequels, but for those who do it really sucks.

That really, really, really, REALLY annoys me!!!!! Why doesn't TLMII deserve a Special Edition ???? WHY????????? And Cinderella 2 did ??? WHYWHYWHY???

I wouldn't really worry too much. As far as I know, last year's Cinderella 2 Special Edition was essentially a repackaging of the previous release, albeit with new cover art and possibly a new game (though nothing remotely Platinum Edition-esque to make it deserve a special edition title).

But I'd like new cover though! And the Special Edition tagline of sequels doesn't mean much I know, but Id like it all the same

can someone anserw this for me, will the 2 dvd sets be in seperate cases...

e.g TLM 2-Disc will be in its own box...

Yes. If not this would be Disney's first time they've done things differently (at least in the Region 2 areas).

Yes both DVDs are in their own cases.
