Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest will be released with French DTS only in Holland. What the hell is Buena Vista thinking? We in Holland watch films in their original languague with subtitles, so why do they do this?

Unfortunately this isn't the only DVD with French DTS only. There are about 30 DVD's released so far (I think there will be more) with French DTS only. Most of them are released by Buena Vista and Universal, some of them by Paramount and MGM.

I hate French DTS... We don't even speak French in Holland. Curse of the Black Pearl did have English DTS. Why can't BV just put the English DTS track on Dead Man's Chest?

Disney Benelux should be splitted, or how do you call, that, let Holland and Vlaanderen work with disney UK for the releases, and voor Waloniƫ they can just release the french versions.
That way whe can get english DTS instead of French DTS or French DD

I totally agree with you. They did seperate releases before. In Holland Finding Nemo had DD in English and Dutch and DTS in English. In Belgium they had DD in English and Flemish and DTS in English. I guess they had the French edition in the French speaking part of Belgium. But nowadays it must be cheap... One DVD edition for two countries. And that's not bad, but please! No French DTS!!! :x
