Never heard of "Gorge of the Jungle", lol.

WACBAC????????????????// What's with all these shortcuts for the uninformed. Why can't you use the title in your subject of your posting?

What is WACBAC??? I can't figure it out. If you misspelled "George" as "Gorge", could you have added to many letter to this abbreviation?

It's supposed to be "WABAC", as in the WABAC machine (pronounced "wayback") used by Mr. Peabody and Sherman. Hehe, I guess the missing E in George turned into a C and stuck itself in WABAC...

Hmm...wonder what WACBAC could stand for...

Yes Escapay was VERY correct. It is indeed spelt WABAC, and is Mr. Peabody's time machine. Oh and I’m so dreadfully sorry about having a typo or two. I should know not to let my fingers slip after last time. Anyway I can not wait for this film and I wonder after this is it some how possible to do another Rocky & Bullwinkle movie? (But this is coming from a guy who would be happy to pay to see a half hour of "Mr. Know-It-All" and "Bullwinkle’s Corner" segments on the big screen. )

WOW! Forget The Little Mermaid/Peter Pan news, this is the best news of the day/night! :P

I must confess, Mr. Peabody/Sherman is my least favorite Jay Ward cartoon, but that certainly doesn't say much at all. It's both educational and witty, it's like Epcot of Jay Ward cartoons. Color me excited!

As for Rocky and Bulwinkle, well, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE another movie (considering I consider the first one to be the most underrated movie ever created by man, yes Escapay, even more than Chicken Little) but I think the more important question is what the heck Sony's waiting for with Rocky and Bullwinkle Seasons 4 and 5.

Modern Family star Ty Burrell has signed on to voice Mr. Peabody in DreamWorks Animation’s Mr. Peabody and Sherman.

Max Charles, the actor who plays a young Peter Parker in this summer’s The Amazing Spider-Man movie, is voicing Sherman.

Robert Downey Jr. was initially cast as the voice of Peabody, a white dog with genius-level intellect who travels in a time machine to witness historical events. Sherman is his human companion.

Mr. Peabody & Sherman is directed by Rob Minkoff (Stuart Little, The Lion King) and produced by Alex Schwartz, who had previously served as Head of Development for the studio, and Denise Cascino (Megamind, Shrek the Third). It is being written by Craig Wright (United States of Tara, Six Feet Under). Bullwinkle Studio’s Tiffany Ward and Classic Media’s Eric Ellenbogen are serving as executive producers on the film along with Jason Clark (Monster House, Stuart Little ).

“The brilliantly comedic and paternal sensibilities of Ty Burrell make him ideal for the role of the beloved Mr. Peabody and we are thrilled that he will join Max Charles as the leads of Mr. Peabody & Sherman,” said DreamWorks Animation Chief Creative Officer Bill Damaschke.

“Combined with Rob Minkoff’s legendary pedigree and Craig Wright’s re-imagining of these classic characters, the stage is set for an unbelievable film experience.” he concluded.

Based on Jay Ward’s classic cartoon, Mr. Peabody is the world’s smartest person who happens to be a dog. When his “pet” boy Sherman uses their time traveling WABAC machine without permission, events in history spiral out of control to disastrous and comical results. It’s up to this most unexpected of father-son teams to somehow put things back on track before the space-time continuum is irreparably destroyed.

I actually quite like how Mr. Peabody looks, myself. Sherman, not so much.
