What's being offered here?

There's a limited edition "Art Of Disney" book (not the familiar Art Of Walt Disney hardcover that's been released in a multitude of editions over the years) but a brand new collection of what looks like 50's modern art style designs and layouts collected in print from a newly discovered archival collection being displayed in an exhibit at The Tokyo Museum Of Contemporary Art.

I can't tell what any of those links are associated with though, and the pictures don't specify much (they look pretty cool!)...

Any help?

Those look great. I like it when all the boxes match. Looks great on the shelf. Like a matched set.

Wish they had those here.

James :)

The book or DVDs?

Are the disc specs the same as what weve got here?

There's also a boxset listed Here (the International DVD forum is your friend) which has the same disc count as would be for all the US discs so I would have to say the specs are the same (more or less). In reality there are small differences - for example the Japanese "Return to Neverland" (which I have as part of the 3 disc Anthology) has extra featurettes on the Japanese voice cast. The 2 Disc Peter Pan which comes with that film also has a different number of sing-along-songs then on the R1 Special Edition. More worringly the "Making of" is cut-down (even though its a 2 disc set  ) It depends how specific you are.

I only have 2 Japanese releases - The Jungle Book and the 3 Disc Peter Pan anthology (reviews Here) but they all have English language Subtitles and Soundtracks available.

The weak Dollar isn't helping, but Japanese releases are expensive, especially when you add in shipping. They are expensive for people who's currency is the Pound, so I dread to think what the price in Dollars is!
