Take a look at this quotes that I've seen through the internet:
"Disney finally gets into he sex movie business" (Referring to the rescuers)
"Disney recalls dirty movie" (the Rescuers)
"The Rescuers should have been a porn film"
"Disney's first R-Rated film"
"The greatest, dirtiest film yet!"
"The most gross and dirty Disney Film"
This are quotes that all refer to The Rescuers, imagine how I'm feeling...
What do you guys think...?

I think that's horrible they misjudge the film.
It's a good movie people just like to give negative reviews.
Why do people put bad things like that.
I say Rescuers was a very touching story for me.

Because most censorship boards, especially in the US, seem to have more of an issue with sex and nudity than they do with violence.
You get a lesser rating for Neo killing a bunch of innocent people in a lobby than you would for two people doing what comes natural...
Trust the media to blow it out of proportion.

Maybe call The Rescuers with two topless pictures of women PG-13(Singles had 3,and Sixteen Candles which was PG,had 1.)But,that was MPAA,1984.Now,because of a certain religous cult in Utah,67% of films are rated R.Stupid MPAA!

Considering that these two offensive frames did not have the images in the original print, it's not fair to blame the film itself.

don´t worry Tangela!!! it´s a good thing to have some controversy, it adds some salt and pepper and more eyes to the movie...my favourite movie was acused to have a sex message, so what?!!
Anyway, the rescuers is a great movie, with or without boobs in it

It means he's getting a bit bothered by the fact that you have started about ten or so Rescuer's threads in the past couple weeks. One or two should be sufficient to discuss topics related to the movie.
I think it's great that you are so passionate about the film, but don't think you should start a new thread about The Rescuers everytime you have another thought about it. It clutters up the forum and I think ultimately hurts the chances that folks will continue to respond to them.
My recommendation: Start one more OFFICIAL Rescuers thread and discuss ALL THINGS Rescuers in there. When the need arises to talk about something else related to the movie...you know where it would need to go

People that judge a Disney animated featured like that are truly SICK.
Tangela, don't get upset.
Let's ignore ignorants.
The Rescuers and TRDown Under are beautidul good hearted films that touch my sensibility to the deepest. I love them.

Look... i dont see what the big deal is here! it's about 2 micro-seconds of film and even when i saw the stills of it it was hard to make out!
personally.... it wouldn't bother me too much if they did it more often... to add a little sauciness to the flick@

Some people are just in such an hate for Disney that they will take whatever they can find to "show" that Disney is bad.
I think it seas more about the people that can find a penis in the castle in the mermaied movie then about anything else. To me that shows how perverted these people realy are and that they see thing like this even where there are nothing to see.
I even read that the man that draw that picture did not even see it before a long time after people had begun to speak about it.
The Disney studio have nothing to gain in something like this, so why should they.
But I found it funny that this topic was started by tangella, the same boy that stated in the topic about the covers that he did not like the dirty version of the mermaide cover.
In the resquers there realy are a dirty picture, in the little mermaid there are nothing at all.

Which religious cult is this that has that much power of the MPAA?
